Welcome to the colorful world of Janelle Marie. I'm a Florida-based oil painter, balancing a full-time career in the medical field with my passion for art. My work is inspired by the natural beauty of cacti, the elegance of florals, and the strength and softness of the female form. When I'm not in the studio or at work, I'm usually hanging out with my two cats, who are both excellent (and judgmental) studio assistants. My art is my way of slowing down, finding beauty in the everyday, and telling quiet stories through color and texture.
